″If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.″ - (2 Chronicles 7:14 NKJV)

This verse is the cry of our heart here at the Faith Church in Parish.

Living in today's world with all of the hate and violence, war and terrorism, we have, we need holiness. God has called us to humble ourselves and PRAY. We need to forget about what the world has to offer and do as God commands to us and that is seek His face and turn from our wicked ways.

The best part of this is God will ″hear from heaven,″ ″forgive their sin,″ ″heal their land.″ This is a promise from God for today. If we want to see Oswego County, New York State, the United States of America, and the World healed, we must humble ourselves and pray. ″...He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.″ - (1 John 1:9 NKJV)

Here at the Faith Church we believe God has called us to live by His Holy Word. We also believe that God does what He promises. I would encourage you today to do as the Word of God says in 2 Chronicles 7:14 and share in God′s promises to us. Jesus loves you and wants you to follow Him and it starts with repenting of your sins and believing He is Lord and you will be saved.

If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, ″...today is the day of salvation.″ Take the time today to pray to Jesus and ask Him into your heart. He is faithful!
